Colombia’s gubernatorial term runs from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2027 (Law 2200 of 2022). The table follows the institutional list published by the National Federation of Departments (FND) at the start of the term. We do not invent names: if a desk changes because of a vacancy or court decision, confirm with the governorship or the FND before citing a current office-holder.
Each department is governed from its capital city. Bogotá D.C. elects a mayor, not a governor. See also the capitals and the municipalities of Colombia hub.
